Great Fosters
A breathtaking Grade I listed building dating from the 16th century, Great Fosters was originally believed to be a Royal Hunting Lodge. Set within 50 acres of romantic gardens in Egham, it combines Tudor grandeur with warm, attentive service and is licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
Location: Stroude Road, Egham, Surrey TW20 9UR — approximately 15 minutes from Windsor.
Getting Ready
The Queen Anne Suite serves as the bridal suite and is complimentary on the wedding night. Brides consistently describe it as incredible — it sleeps four, providing ample room for the bridal party to get ready together in a grand, characterful space.
Capacity & Setting
Up to 180 in the Tithe Barn (dating from 1390) or 80 in the Orangery for more intimate celebrations. The hotel has 53 bedrooms.
50 acres of formal gardens with a rose garden, sunken lily pond, wisteria-covered Japanese bridge over the Saxon moat, grassed amphitheatre and a lake.
