The views from Danesfield are genuinely breathtaking — you look out over the Thames Valley and the Chiltern Hills and it just takes your breath away. Jade loves the fairytale quality of the architecture here, with its towers and turrets, and the Duplex Suite is one of her favourite bridal prep spaces because the light through those big windows is absolutely perfect for makeup.

Getting Ready
The complimentary Duplex Suite features large, light-filled windows creating soft, flattering light that’s perfect for both hair and makeup and getting-ready photography. It’s a beautiful, private space to start the day with your nearest and dearest.
The suite is split over two levels, which gives you that lovely feeling of having your own private apartment within the hotel. There’s room for the whole bridal party without anyone feeling cramped, and the views from the windows are stunning.
Capacity & Setting
Up to 110 for a seated wedding breakfast, with intimate ceremonies also accommodated. Exclusive-use hire is available for the whole property.

Jade will arrive at the Duplex Suite at Danesfield House early, with everything she needs to create a beautifully organised morning. She’ll have a schedule worked out for every member of your bridal party so everyone knows exactly when they’re in the chair.
The morning at Danesfield always feels special — waking up to those views, the beautiful room, the anticipation building. Jade makes sure the hair and makeup runs so smoothly that you can actually be present and enjoy all of it rather than worrying about timings.
She stays with you until you head to your ceremony, making sure every single person looks fresh, polished and ready. If you need a last-minute touch-up or an extra hairpin, she’s right there.

The Duplex Suite’s large windows create beautifully soft, flattering light — ideal conditions for makeup application. Jade loves working here because the quality of the light means she can achieve incredibly natural-looking results that photograph beautifully.
Danesfield is about 25 minutes from Windsor, and the drive through the Chilterns is a lovely one. Jade always arrives early to make the most of the morning light and get completely set up before anyone is in the chair.
If you’re planning to use the spa before the wedding, Jade recommends finishing any facial treatments at least a week beforehand so your skin is calm and glowing on the day. A gentle massage the day before, on the other hand, is a wonderful idea.
