Jade loves how easy it is to work with the staff here, and the recently refurbished spaces have really taken it to another level. The surrounding Burnham Beeches woodland is an ancient landscape and makes for the most gorgeous photographs.

Getting Ready
The bridal suite has been recently renovated and is consistently praised as gorgeous, spacious and clean, with excellent facilities. It overlooks the front lawns and provides a beautiful backdrop for getting-ready photographs.
The suite is complimentary as part of your wedding package, and the hotel has plenty of additional bedrooms so your whole bridal party can stay the night before and have a relaxed morning together. No rushing around, no traffic worries — just a lovely calm start to the day.

Up to 120 seated in the Windsor Suite, 180 for the evening reception, with outdoor ceremonies in the new pavilion.
10 acres of private gardens with mature trees, woodland surroundings and a striking white Georgian facade. The new outdoor pavilion is a beautiful addition and gives you the option of saying your vows surrounded by greenery.

What to Expect on the Day
Jade arrives at Burnham Beeches bright and early with her full kit, sets up her station in the bridal suite and has a schedule mapped out for every member of your bridal party. You’ll know exactly what time everyone is in the chair, so there’s never any last-minute panic.
The hotel staff are brilliant at keeping the morning running smoothly — breakfast delivered to the room, champagne chilled and ready, and a dedicated coordinator checking in to make sure everything is on track. Jade fits right into that seamlessly.
She stays with you right through until you head to the ceremony, making sure everyone looks fresh and perfect. If anything needs adjusting — a hairpin, a last coat of setting spray — she’s right there.

The recently renovated bridal suite is bright, spacious and overlooks the lawns — ideal conditions for hair and makeup. Jade loves the natural light in this room, which makes colour-matching so much easier and means your makeup looks flawless in photographs too.
Burnham Beeches is only about 15 minutes from Windsor, so Jade can be there early without any travel stress. She recommends staying the night before if you can — it makes the morning so much more enjoyable when you’re already on-site and can just wake up and start getting ready.
The ancient woodland nearby is stunning for pre-wedding photographs if your photographer is up for a short walk — worth mentioning to them if you love that natural, enchanted-forest look.
