• By proceeding to pay a deposit you are entering into an agreement to honor Hair & Make-up by Jade Victoria’s terms and conditions.

• To secure your special occasion booking with Jade, a non refundable 50% deposit is taken, this amount will then be taken off of your total bill.

• To secure your wedding date with Jade a non refundable £100 deposit is taken, this amount will then be taken off of your wedding day total.

• Payment for your trial is to be paid by bank transfer before your trial date. Failure to pay this will result in your trial being postponed.

• Following your trial and within 7 days, 100% of your wedding day fee minus your deposit is required. Once paid this is non refundable. Failure to pay your outstanding wedding day balance may result in your booking being cancelled, and the full charge will be payable.

• Please note that Fridays, Saturday’s and Sunday’s are reserved for weddings and special occasions only. Trials are not possible on these days.

• If you cancel Jade’s services less than 4 weeks before your wedding day itself, you will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of the full charge. No refund is offered in the case of cancellation by you less than two weeks before your wedding date, and the full charge will be payable.

• No refund or compensation will be offered for delays caused by members of the bridal party. Jade will set out specific times for each person to have their hair or makeup done, if they fail to arrive on time, Jade will do what she can in the remaining time, however she will not run over into another persons time slot and you will still be charged in full.

• Travel is charged at 55p per mile after the first 15 miles and is worked out based on postal code, so please provide Jade with this when enquiring.

• All car parking expenses and congestion charges incurred for both consultation and wedding days will be recharged to you at cost.

• If a second artist/assistant is required at your booking there will be a supplemental charge of £75 per artist. Please note, if an additional artist is required no group discounts will be offered.

• For appointments that begin before 5:30am a £30 early morning fee applies.

• In the unlikely event that Jade needs to amend or cancel a booking, she will notify you at the earliest opportunity and do everything possible to arrange a new artist to your satisfaction. Jade reserves the right, if necessary to cancel a booking without liability, in this eventuality a full refund will be given. This however is very unlikely and has not happened before at Hair & Makeup by Jade Victoria.

• If unforeseen delays are experienced, which are out of Jade’s control, such as severe weather conditions, breakdown or serious illness, Jade will not be held liable. Every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made by Jade, however compensation will not be offered. The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.

• If you have any known allergies, you must notify Jade in advance. Jade cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or damage to the skin caused due to non-disclosure of allergies.

• Any photos taken by Hair and Makeup by Jade Victoria may be used on various social media accounts, advertising and the website and by signing and returning your contract, you give your full permission to allow any photos taken to be used wherever necessary.
